hey guys i know i kinda dropped off the radar for a while there, got caught up in the holiday season i guess. This poem isn't my best at all just something thats been bugging me. Hope all is well You ask me for my help And I come running straight away Ready to do anything Just to brighten up your day You say you need to talk Next thing we’re on the phone And I’m up till 4am So you don’t feel so alone. You ask me to stay and hold you to help you forget for a while And so I lay down next to you In hope to see you smile But no matter what it is I do Or how long I’m by your side I still can’t make you happy But don’t say I never tried Inside this exterior, over which the eye might have roved there was the record of a pulsing life, which had learnt too well for its years – Thomas Har |
