Completely, utterly crubbish. It's a vent and a half. I am museless at the mo. Anger In Capitals. Swallow it, squeeze it, Pulverize it. Grind it to mortar Grate it to pestle. Fingers to blackboard A scream to a smile. Frustration chews on its leash Running in circles Chasing the tail, chasing – Nothing. Lace up your boots Off the hinges Running to nowhere Sweat in your mouth. Daydreaming – I just can’t Let It Out. |

the best way to let out anger is to write it! or scream it! this was brilliant though, totally true! Lost girl.. |
