Tell Me Who I Am These Days Because I Have No Idea All These Jaded Apprehensions Are After All What Brought Me Here All My Dreams And Wishes They're Long Gone Out The Door I'm Fighting Back These Deadly Tears While I'm Lying On This Floor The Truth Is That I'm Crumbling These Scar's, Too Hard To Wear I'm Trying So Hard To Find Myself But You Don't Really Care This All Too Much For Me Trapped And Broken By These Dreams Living The Life You Wanted I Fall On Bended Knees Someday Soon I'll Fight Again But For Now I'll Sit Here Crying Tell Me Why Is Life So Hard And Why Do We Die Trying? |

"Tell Me Who I Am These Days Because I Have No Idea All These Jaded Apprehensions Are After All What Brought Me Here" Just beautiful. Especially the third line: "All These Jaded Apprehensions". I love the imagery there. Also, I like how every word was capitalized. It had a profound effect on how I read the poem (made me go back and read it several more times). There is power in the pen. |
