If you feel like you're alone,
and you just can't get through;
look up at the stars and know,
I'm thinking of you.
I know it's not much of a promise,
but my heart wont ever lie.
Just look a little closer
to the foggy midnight sky.

The moon won’t turn her back,
the stars shine just for you.
Don't give up on today,
You can make it through.

Trust with all your heart,
Don’t let clouds get you down,
Look up to the sky;
Please rid of that frown.

This whole poem was absolutely beautiful,
but this was my favourite part...
