I feel like screaming it out I feel like shaking someone until they understand I feel like I’m going crazy But it can’t show Never show how bad it really is Just smile I feel like telling everyone I feel like just lashing out I feel like I need (shudder) help But it can’t show Never show how bad it really is Just smile I feel like I’m drowning in it all studies… homework… friends… secrets… pressure… parents… fighting… pain… self-hatred… I feel like screaming I feel like every one of my issues Is a person Screaming at me To look at them To figure them out To acknowledge them Their all screaming at me In a tiny room In my head and there I am In the middle of this crowd Fighting for a breath and here I am silent I feel like sewing my lips shut So I can never share my pain I feel like tying my arms together So I can never hurt anyone I feel like I am going crazy But it can’t show Never show how bad it really is Just smile My pen is the barrel of a gun. Remind me which side you should be on. |

You have no idea how it feels to read this. I feel like I have written this myself a hundred times, you got the feeling so spot on. I love this, I love how your words fit and describe exactly how I have felt. This is wonderfully written, great job and thank you for sharing it. |
