For my writers group, theme this week was: animals. ___________________________________________________________ You can have me now. All that I am, all that I've grown up to be has fallen to the ground. The passion I once had was snuffed out long ago and my heart is slowly sinking. My flesh...my flesh longs for a warmth, but it's nothing you can give me. Everything that you possess is crumbling too. You're all that you can give, and that's fine. We'll crumble together...and warm the animals with our flesh. julianna |

Yes, it does indeed, Poetess. Some of my own more expressive pieces are dark. I like (tasteful)dark poetry very much myself. It brings out a rawness that cannot otherwise be captured, so I think. ·´~`·»Garapan«·´~`· "Look! Crumbs on his jacketses... Heeee took it!" |
