What are dreams made of??
Black enamel and lead
ink and news print
avarice and greed.

Dreams are made of love,
Broken hearts and wishes
promises left undone,
hope and romance.

What are dreams made of??
A broken chest, and avian stutette
two empty milk bottles by the door.

Dreams are made of the wings of a dove,
of the faeries' midwife, no bigger than an
agate stone on the forefinger of an alderman

What are dreams made of??
Two silhouetts on the shade
the statutte belonging to king of spain and Queen Mab

Once again I find I like this edgy poem. I see you are using imagination and the knowledge of fabled things to create this picture... wonderful!
