Not my best. I just had a lot to say. How cant you see my pained smile? The hurt in my eyes? I thought you said you loved me. Yet you cant see through my pathetic guise. I tell you what you want to hear. I give up my happiness for yours. We've waited so long for this moment. Yet you're willing to give up everything we've fought for. I told you I would always be here. That this day would someday come. But forever can shorten quite quickly. Dont turn away and leave me nowhere to run. My words a colorful masquerade. Hiding what I truly feel. How cant you see through my translucent complextion? Finally our dreams can become real. I undersatand you indecision. But is it really that hard to see? That we were made to be together. Together... You and Me. |
