spider. Just felt like writing about nature. ---------------------- Spin the web With lofty lines Silver moonlit tears glide upon their vines Dip the brush And paint away A story; another spell To entrance while at bay Wear a mask And fool the very fly For they not know better Then to believe your lies You weave a web And hold your dreams For bit by bit your web Will fall apart at the seams Wish I could find love.. But all I find these days are superficial fish in shallow waters. |

Awesome poem, as usual. You're way better than me now, Zach!!! I wish I could write like you. “All bad poetry springs from genuine feeling.”--Oscar Wilde |

Haha but you're already better then me Christine. I just whipped this poem off the top of my head to be honest. I didn't know if it would make sense or not. (Most of my poems are just thoughts on my mind at that moment of posting.) But thank you for your comment Christine! Its always nice to hear from you. -Zach Wish I could find love.. But all I find these days are superficial fish in shallow waters. |
