Lavender so lavish, and rose so red, went out for a walk one night; to enjoy the white night rays, to bathe in Luna's dew. Lavender carried a basket filled with feathers of every hue, said to contain the smiles of everyone she once knew. while Rose such a special rose had soft green leaves in place of thorns upon which she held the glittering moon dew. A howl A sudden breeze A sudden chill the spirit of airy night appeared Lavender and Rose sighed with relief at the sight of their whimsically capricious friend. the queen of the night breeze giggled a howl offered them a left to the moonlit spring, they gladly accepted and swayed in delight. she sifted them up up high into the air, and petal by petal sent them to her moonlit lair, and happily went about her business leaving only a trail of empty baskets as proof that anyone was ever there. |
