Quiet is all I have. It's all I need to thrive When the tide draws in And I wait within The pit of pearls That will tumble down Slipping through the floor. It's coloured sand that Is drawn though this Hourglass. Unending until the sky Tears apart And all that's left is me Sitting in riches, so hard That they've killed me. And I'm not sitting. My bones just broke that way- Ivory cutting the flesh Of yesterday. Red pools of regret Collect amongst the Spheres that you'll collect in your velvet purse. My blood will see the light again. |

Dark and beautiful and haunting, I love it! At first I was questioning it because it seemed somewhat--cheesy? for lack of a better word-- but as I read on I fell in love with it, great job! |

Pahaha thankss. I like to write my next piece based on what I hear here so I shall try and stop the cheese for the next. (Though I do love a bit sometimes. :p ) |
