Paths diverged before my eyes, both as dull as one another. The brightness ripped off the lights. The world swirled between black and white. Muttered sounds beyond the balcony. I still struggled with my decision. Vultures circling the azure moon. Gleaming a shadowy blue. The shore's corroding screams. Made me deaf of every second's plight. Children bustling in the gloomy streets. Torn teddies and sombre smiles. Melancholious music plays. As I listen in entire dismay. Gravestones laid on every side, of the splitting intertwines. Soaked crimson waterfalls cascading to the ground, still not the wisdom that I wished was found. Promised of a terrible tomorrow, with no saviour in sight. Guess I'll have to wait, until the peace is found. |
