Lumpy oatmeal makes me crazy!

bottle-locked

i used to write words for you
in plain-talk English.
now i strangle them on my fingertips
until they are riddle-wrapped.

yet, still, they are always yours.

i stifle the out-pouring of thoughts
as if expressing them will flood
to splinter the known inside my breasts
and spew emotion all over us.

yet, in my silence, i love you.

I enjoy your writing more and more each time I read you.
You are by far, one of the most naturally talented poets I've ever encountered here...MHO, you are a true POET. The fact is you always have something worth reading for unique style and outstanding content.
Have a great New Year, and please wave to Aurora for me, ok?

Wonderful emotion flowing through this one, dear Alison!

"Riddle-wrapped" makes them more captivating, no doubt.

Great write!!

Love and hugs.

Hard to keep such emotion uncorked when a true poet floods inside with them.
They seep through here expressed to precision
