I am terrified by this path I walk,
knowing behind me eternity,
in front of me forever, a circle.

I have come to this point in the path,
the point I have come to many times before,
but today I stand here thinking about you.

You are in my past, this I know from little
glimpses of the future

And I know to be with you again,
I have to move forward,
to cross the barrier.

I want to be with you again,
in my past, where that moment of love
was forever.

I want to cross the threshold with you again,
because I still love your soul.

I am moving forward in time, to be
with you again in my past,

I need that moment of embrace with you,
that is the moment of Everlast.

this is a very moving theme in a very stirring write...loved this especially:
