Tempest Prelude The gentle moonlight window frames a razor-edge waning crescent in evanescent calm, (moored with ragged clouds and caged by silent, gently tumbling galaxies) while a most beguiling winter wind sings its snow-soft serenade before the most divine chaos to come. --- b. e. adams (12/11/20008) |

I like the sound of a 'snow-soft serenade'. |

Yo Secondhanddreampoet, Yes, that's winter for you. For some reason this brought back memories of light blocked windows covered with a layer of ice. My house must be warmer these days, and that's good. Bobby |

This poem reminds me of the wind slamming snow into our house during the winter storms. The house would rock as the wind whistled. Beautiful writing, Bruce. A |
