Another Time and Place Magical snowflakes still fall from moon–splintered clouds over these fine porcelain hills which glisten in the wide-cold light of this bare December night, as a baleful, bitter breeze shakes frozen memories (wind chimes of the heart) to dance into consciousness on that grand, warm surge of life in ‘time and place’ somehow lost?… where dazzling dreams, hope, love, and Spring seem ... forever young! --- b. e. adams (12/6/08) [In tribute to Ms. (Kacy) Midnitesun who is 'all about'... that which is true, and right, and kind, and good ... role model for us all as a grand spirit of optimism and ‘eternal Spring’] [This message has been edited by secondhanddreampoet (12-07-2008 11:15 AM).] |

Dear Mr. b.e. adams, Thank you for this beauty that you share with us. We all see the world differently, and I love the expression of your view. Yes, Midnitesun is a wonderful person and beautiful part of my PiP day -- and so are you. What a treat to come in and see your poem. Hugs and love to you and the one you write to, Kacy. xoxoxo Alison |

Firstly the poem - excellent, beautiful, one of your very best, in my opinion. To me the saddest word was "seemed". I just wanted it to be "seems". When I scrolled down to see that it is a tribute to Kacy, I so wanted that word, "seemed" not to be "seems", but "are" and the word "forever" in the "time and place" line to be "fornever". Yes, Kacy is/has always been/will always be, a wonderful role model to all of us, and as Alison says above, a part of our Pip day. She is, as you say, the epitome of all that is true and good and right and kind - and a grand spirit of optimism and eternal Spring. And not only is she optimistic, but she also has the leonine strength and grace to MAKE what is good and right HAPPEN and I KNOW that she, with the grace of God and with our never-stopping prayers and healing thoughts, will orchestrate a miraculous recovery. Thank you for this wonderful poem for our Kacy. - Owl |

Tonight I looked up at the moon, and there I saw what before my eyes what I had requested from you in words--a halo moon, and yes, it was 'round bout midnight. I thought of you, I thought of Kacy, and I thought of the sparkling light that produced my double moon, and then there in my driveway, I had a namaste moment of gratitude for knowing you both through your words and letters. I don't think that was my halo. |

You have woven such divine perfection in words and feelings around the inspiration that dear Kacy is indeed for all of us. Priceless gifts, instead of unpayable debts I would say ... Love, Margherita "Love is the One who masters all things; |
