The end of a watch
knew not the lengthy day
or a tilt towards a fiery orb
its mounted rotated hands
spoke of minutes
that became hours
on any celestial body
cavorting with interests
denials and deceit
its market had to bottom out
from free falls
cliff hangers that bungee jumpers
would pull their twine
on wars without ends..

There were three wise men
who followed a star
and three auto men
who followed their private jet urges
their tactics fell short of reason
they knew not of the impeding nights
cavorting with self -interest
bigger and better models
denials and deceit
needing more and more
but clock hands grow weary
its the end of a watch

With boredom came greater measures
as moments dragged into icy nights
and night clouds shrouded
a global clock face
as markets bottomed out..
hourglass sands already
having being depleted
of its coffee colored treasures
the Sahara could not cough up
any more wealth
but its peoples could be squeezed
out of existence.

With the end of the watch
the bungee jumper took his leap
as the stars and stripes paid yet again
its coiled spring having given way
to greater dues
that protected jackals shirked
they never bothered to read
the cracked face of watches
to count the minutes left..they cried
as western wealth set early
and hazy nights protected
mantel clock chimes in some
mysterious imperial bank city.

Yo Ecrivan,

This is amusing.

How's about those Swiss bank accounts.
