It’s been A very long time And I had Forgotten how Like water Over her shoulders A woman’s hair Can pool and fall Oh I could Gaze for hours Sitting by your shore So moved though Absolutely still The room’s light Like sunlight Sparkles on the ripples Around your form A nimbus glows Is it the moon now That has come out To see for himself Who makes This old world Sigh . |
