 Artist: Abbott Graves Our Love Boat by Linda L. Dowd On a sea of faith, I place heart and hand, May gentle winds caress our souls. Together at last ~ after a lifetime apart, Angels sing as Elysian bell tolls. Zephyrs are stirrings of sweet angel breaths, Ocean currents are the flow from our love. Rainbows spanning heaven's blue skies, Spill blessings Divine from Above. Our passion flows as a hot lava stream, It's a geyser reaching beyond sky. It's a river rushing to an endless sea, It's an eagle flying on high. As refreshing as rainfall in summer, As sparkling as a clear mountain stream, As pure as the first snowfall of winter, Love twinkles our blue eyes agleam. At night with your strong arms around me, With your heart beating next to mine. I feel your love, strength, and maleness, As our hearts, minds, and bodies entwine. We snuggle up close as we lay side by side, Looking deep into the other's rapt eyes, ~ Feeling the passions smouldering within, As we enter our own paradise. As sweet as honeysuckle nectar, More precious than diamonds or gold, Stronger than the moon tides of oceans, Our love rivals love stories of olde. If our love be struck by hurricane winds, Or if it be pummelled by hail, If the ground opened up beneath our feet, Our love boat would continue to sail. With setting of sun at end of each day, In reverie I am thinking of you.
