evening prayer everywhere these ‘endless’ mountains beneath a restless November moon, above a sad and suffering world of dark valleys in a thousand falling shadows... (emptiness without respite?) hope lives! |

Dear Bruce, every now and then we move through dark valleys, but as you say "hope lives" because it knows it is rooted in the very Source of All there is. Beautiful evening prayer, like a breeze whispering softly to lift us out of darkness. Love, Margherita |

Yo Secondhanddreampoet, To me the concept of "emptiness without respite" would be a nightmare. I like a crowd of other humans around me. Bobby |

Just as beneath a frozen stream, the water still flows and so as you pointed out quite well, hope does indeed live. Well done. |

'Hope lives" Yes it does. In a new born baby, in a newly planted tree, in the sun that shines each day, even if behind the clouds. And so much more! |

Hope Lives! It lives in all of us and it is part of every one of your poems. Hugs, A |
