darkness has risen I walk the freshly frozen bay toward the risen half moon that disappears as I approach like your car lights disappearing over the hill in this country song sometimes I want the ice to hold me; sometimes I want it to break; and though I whisper your name, you are not the cause it has always been like this, and I have always let the ice decide poetry podcasts, blogs and photopoems at URL= http://anthonyarmstrong.ca |
