those mornings later in the afternoon when you have your looking for me eyes on and you tiptoe into some secret with your robe unbuttoned when you don't say anything from the crowd wondering if I know you have ropes on and that your wrists are still married but your heart has been free too long you pretend it is the glass of the windows that you are looking at closely and not the wind behind my leather or the metal horses without stables and I pretend you are waving carefully when you are cleaning away yesterday and making tomorrow more easily viewable along with your almost nude vulnerability without a place for stranger's faces ____________________ daark |
