I remember your voice as louder sometimes when you came closer to my ear and said the same thing again with that look in your eyes and those amber songs on your skin how we filled distance with a moment and pressed beyond what was expected with unexpected things we hadn't seen but welcomed upon their prompt arrival and took advantage of them longer than they were ever meant for and we did that more often it seems milking the last drop of love out of those unsuspecting positions that were placed quite handy by accident then left alone until we couldn't breathe _______________________ daark (white stone series) |
