                              Howard closed his eyes

while waiting for the waitress's surprise

                         this wasn't the first sunrise

he disguised his hunger for her conversation by ordering their homemade pies

but she knew his visits were a disguise

                                  otherwise

why would he keep asking her if she’d be willing to handglide some friendly skies with him on her day off

                     the idea sounded  appealing

but she had a feeling it’d be better to wait before she said yes to a date

who knows,  maybe he really could be her soulmate

                            [Eve sets down the plate]

ta da!!!!!!!!!!

                             [Howard opens his eyes]

Eve that looks delicious

i can’t wait to dig in

did he put the figs in?

eve :

                        of course Howard

                        and these are fresh

                        the rig just pulled in yesterday

                               [Howard takes a bite]

                       stupendous Eve!!!!!!!!!!

                       what time do you get off  tonight?

eve :

                       why?

howard :

                       i’ve got two tickets

                                            [waving them]

                       to the Roy Jones Jr. fight

eve :

                       no way!!!!!!!!!!!

howard :

                      yes way!!!!!!!!!!

eve :

                      i get off at nine

                      will that be fine?

howard :

                     perfect

                                         [takes another bite]

                                                good pie
