           Impermanence

A pristine crescent moon
tipped in finest Autumn splendor,
(the essence of all things
   pure and lucent)
tether-floats in an infinite
  “deep-Time” sea
of breaking clouds and stars,
as these vast, ancient hills
sing anthems to the lonely poet-heart
of Nature’s bittersweet consolation
on those things tiny, fragile, ethereal,
transient, and forever passing…
beyond all hope or memory.

Such is the nature of life, that each life form evolves, moves between stages, eventually returns to the whole of the Universe.

Soft cadence of thoughts drift these beautifully moonbeamed sighs through your ink~

Oh fellow-lover of the moon-in-crescent, shortly I shall post a *gift* for you~
