 Graphic By Ethel ~Love~ ~*~ Love is sweet, humble, with care It is when two people will share All their joys and all their woes Of whatever life their way throws * Love is compassionate and lasting Sprinkled with fire and with passion Yet it has the essence of being pure Giving strength so a couple can endure * Love is like the growth of a beautiful rose As over the years the love tenderly grows Opening up from a bud ever so small Into a beautiful flower with stem standing tall * Love is full of many precious treasures Which year after year unfolds its pleasures Love is worth more than silver or gold Or the riches an eye could ever behold * Love is patient and it is kind If it is true the two hearts will bind Making love strong so nothing will sever A love lasting always, for forever and ever ~*~ © Copyright 2008 Ethel GG Kent |
