behind cars,
barking
biting the tires,
Why ?

Hi -- A stitch, and I think a fine parable or metaphor or whatever. It doesn't seem to be just about dogs.

I make some punctuation suggestions which don't alter any words:

They run
behind cars,
barking(,)
biting the tires (!)
Why?
Dogs therapy(!)

I've been barking and biting tires 'way to long. Eventually, the dogs catch on, or get run over.
