stolen thoughts and pilfered dreams
hidden in the depths of solitude
anchored in right-soared songs
of captivating, care-freed schemes

intermeshing hopes, intertwining
tattered thread-worn tastes
washed ashore on minds' warm beaches
of nectar-laden imaginings

sing, swift peace, o transient heart
leading souls to victories
caressing our scented laughters
into flame-trodden perfect parts

of love, of life, of ever-being one
of two becoming only, and only becoming one
