Coming Home if you are looking for your birds I have them they come to calm my soul singing in northern accents the cooing pairs of many some in ancient V’s in sky to scatter the clouds where the blue is splintered they return to me year after year a few come at first and rain softly down in many they like me can not stand the cold so without reservations take off in warm winter vacation "no darkness has ever been deep enough to extinguish my personal knowledge of love" Anne Rice |

And we were given these gifts to sooth our minds and savor the richness of the changes in our weather. Well done Helen, you and I haven't bounced off each other much lately. |

Okay now you got my curiosity - what kind of birds? If they are my geese, well great, because their behinds are now your problem. |

When I see a flock of birds in flight, it is a sign that all is right in the heavens. So I look for them. Very pretty poem, Helen~ |

Oh I love birds. I have a little parakeet, that I have had since it was 6 weeks old. I got it about 8 years ago. |

I watch the flights of birds leave every morning now. They assemble on the river and wheel over my house as they turn south. Enjoy them. Reading you, often is like coming home. |

Oh Helen isn't nature a wonderful thing in granting the birds with the wisdom of heading to warmer climates when winter approaches. You told their story well. Love Lindsay |

1slick_lady - now I know why I don't hear the chirping in the morning. All the birds are south keeping you company... BC |
