and so…..
under a hand painted sky
I see abstract autumn
bloom her orchids
in symphony
with a
tuscan sunlit narcissistic
attitude

intimate leaf dancers
from
oak and pine messengers
in a rustic hollow
where
rivers swallow hazel shells
of mist
day's grandeur
an imagination only the gods
may know

silence of october fest
slipping in through
my window

ahhh nature...
see how it's all corn grained?
aesthetic solitary
and these happy
idle concerns
fill my soul

warming the mouth of november
remenants of what was
now phantom of brave
like a lover with
wild explosions
of
golden lore
caressing each atom of air

I am prospering
pumpkin evenings
& beguiled in the bosom
of thanksgiving
right now, forever more

and precious dreams
of moonlight peeping over
roof tops
far away, and close to me

a voice of color making music
to this humble slave of love

. . . wordlessly floating on your beautiful words still - not really wanting to talk yet . . . lovely to see you and your rich, rich poetry back again, Lee.

Yo LeeJ,

This is very good stream of consciousness work.  It’s good to see you again.  Stick around.

I enjoy the rich quality of the language used here that elevates the poem to higher echelons of poetry.
It is a pleasure to read it again and again.

My day is complete, Lee J.  It was just this evening on my drive home that I thought of you and wondered where you have been.  I reflected on how your writing would take me on mini-sec vacations to worlds and moments unanticipated.  Need I say, it is good, no, great, to see your name, and once again, take those wonderful baths in moment?

I don't know when I'll be able to steal more time, but just wanted you to know...

Thanks for the respite your words provide.

Welcome back, LeeJ!  How lovely to read your words again.  A talent like yours should never be hidden under the bushel of "busy" for creative expression gives life to the soul - I think - oh, well, something like that perhaps.

To savour the words of you artwork is always such a treat to these eyes.  Beautiful as I knew I would find in your words and such rich imagery now filling my soul.  The flow of your thoughts are as smooth and soft as is that first Autumn breeze at 5 am.  Well done.

** Note from your reply back to me --- I still write and hope I always will but I find little time to post these days as the ocean does call me daily for a carressing of her touch.  I have a couple in here though and I will try to get more in.  Thank you for the compliment.
