Some Things You'll Never Know Some things you'll never know never a glancing light to show what's right in front of you what to be, what to do well who knows when the wind blows, anyway gonna find the right path to take one day Some places you'll never go the way may be blocked even though it looks so promising from afar want to exchange where my feet are to where my heart longs to be the songs inside me I will yet give voice yes, I will rise into the skies of free choice Some things you'll never know sometime it just goes to show some things aren't meant to be known at least not until your heart has grown beat beat beating in time perfectly structured in rhyme Most days I'm just not sure if this is real or just a blur signs in a foreign language light from a burning bridge warms my lost little heart while I go snowflakes fall in a soft, dull glow Some things you'll never know it goes to show in the tangle ebb and flow nothing is predestined to be you'll see nothing gained is nothing happy stolen life and love never what you were dreaming of "Some rides don't have much of a finish; |

Some very profound lines in your thought-provoking poem! The following lines really stuck out for me and are memorable! "some things aren't meant to be known at least not until your heart has grown" ~ This I believe to be true, as well. All is revealed when the time is right ~ and when we are ready for it! EA |
