Felix is very old, and he is dying. He knows that for a fact. He sits at the computer telling his story. Sally has gone on before. All of Felix’s kids are gone. At his side is his constant companion. She’s been with him through it all. She was there at his side through all the pain, and degradation of the streets. She has always been an understanding presence. Now she is represented by a small porcelain statue beside his computer. She is of course, Our Lady of Grace— The Holy Virgin Mary. Bobby |

Bobby We all die a little more everyday but you don't need me to tell you that. Felix has many more years to go yet I hope...He has a wealth of past experiences to relate and warnings to those that follow him to take care on the mean streets of life. I am happy that he has his faith to accompany him but you must tell him to fight back. Felix must not go quietly or for quite some time to come.... Your Friend John |

I think Felix shouldn't rot just by staying on his computer telling his story. Time is flying by him without him noticing. I think he should get up and live the life he was ment to live. Enjoy before time runs out on him. Sencerely, Zach |

Zach Time starts running out as soon as the clock starts ticking, Felix needs to tell his story, it is what gives him purpose & a reason to face each day...Right Bobby ? John |

100% agree with John and Felix's faith must be so strong to bear up after the life that he has lived. Having said that, he can't go anywhere, he's barely begun to tell us his story. |

What do you mean old? The very important part in life is to keep heart young. Felix has lived a hard life but to live to this far....good!!! Whistle around and eat peanut butter with your fingers directly from the jar.  PS, John is always right. |

Sorry, Felix has to stay ay that computer at least as long as I do. I get up every morning just to read Felix and besides I have a few stories to tell too and I'll be needing an audience. John is right by the way, you have to be older to understand. Ida |

I'm with James... take Felix and go see the Bucket List it is a brilliant and beautiful movie... and tell Felix, he is not going anywhere just yet, I would love to read much more of him please... love RDB Be kind at heart....for everyone you meet has their own battle to fight......... |

I really wish you would write some new poetry. I really miss the Bones` saga. I like Felix as well and I might even buy the book later but ...... |
