it's not your fault, it's me and im sorry. i was'nt able to hold on to the feeling. i gave in, i was distracted.. but no, you're not the one to blame. forgive me, i did not stayed true i stared, i was mesmerized; i was moved by the sorrows in his eyes. and it's not your fault. it was that pilgrim soul in him, it was his shadow it was his voice, or maybe- t'was all the things about him that reminded me of you. but no he's not the one to blame; im sorry i watched, i fell, i adored, i admired. i was touched by the way that he smiled. it's not your fault, it was the many miles keeping us apart. it was all those lonely nights, the painful memories and yet, fate's not the one to blame. it was me, I failed you.. after all the things we've been through now, im falling out of love from you... forgive and forget, live without regrets. blame not .... love needs no excuses to blame maybe reasons of actions but if in the flight of love who can blame ... sorrow .... yes, but if love has a hold it can contain many relations, perhaps a reason in its place unseen .... healing from within is difficult because the wound does not air as quickly .... a beautiful poem CT |
