There is sadness within me that surfaces from time to time for people I have loved and lost sometimes the sadness is too much and my tears do flow for my first love who died too young alone on a gravel road for my grandparents who left before I knew them well for my father, my mother constants in my life gone before they could grow old together for my aunts, my uncles who loved me unconditionally for my cousin, aged only nine his moment ever so brief for my family friend just passed the last of an era their spirits I now carry within me and when sadness reigns upon my day I let their presence hold me until the smiles return Be kind at heart....for everyone you meet has their own battle to fight......... |

There certainly is a lot of death and it can make one sad, but I like to look at death as a rearrangement or movement of energy. Every moment dies, but its momentum builds a new moment.
