How do you paint such a color?
deep deep hues of dark red,
with a vibrant glow flowing,

Passionate, so hot, melting,
the canvas upon which it is painted,
when you stare at it, its spell,

beckons your heart to it,
drawing you in, wanting you,
allowing you to feel the love,

Oh this love I have inside of me,
bursting into flames of red, orange,
cooling off with passion hues of blue,

Hues of indigo, violet, purple,
you see my soul, but I want you,
to feel it, touch, it, taste it,

Look at my canvas of love,
displayed for your heart to see,
my soul bleeds, breathes poetry,

Stardust glitter added for imagination,
pinks for the softer, tender side,
yellow for the peace and joy,

Green for the Irish bloodline,
black for all the pain before,
black for the mysterious depths,

see my hearts canvas on display,
buy it, take it home with you,
hang it inside your heart~

Don't delay...do it today...

Amazing falls short. Your genius is in your poetry. But your art is in the images you choose for them. Or maybe a little of both in all of it.

Oh, how you compose yearning
with such firm
and fluid strokes

Spilled upon
soft woven cotton
stretched taut

over frames,
of captured feelings

You, the painter of ecstasies

Creator of tenderness,
and craving
with secret shades,

of melted emotion
wrapped, locked and entwined

with,
each other

Pulsing,
in sync
with wings,

and hunger

and tears,

and,
undulation

Paint for me
the scene

of
tomorrow

A drawing of allure,

of attractiveness

And
temptation

Your vision ravishes

Each breath
Each brush
Each endless

possibility

Let the colors,
of your words,

Of you,

drip
onto me,

and my canvas

And paint me,

this color
this tone

This hue,
of

you
