you preferred the award kind of candy capitalized abbreviations with lines between like a snake skin beside your hammock that needed refilling more often than you wanted to something to do with kissing frogs and finding kings rr something else if the magic was right and it was almost sometimes when you did a barefoot walk and listened to dreams my mind boat was overly crowded perhaps but you looked lovely with all of them knowing their hands when they were handsome and their wives when they were nonchalant you kept me awake sometimes when you couldn't sleep and ignored my eyes restlessly often as if you knew I had a cure for touch place secrets and didn't mind being the last time you said no again when you opted your maybe behind the dragon's window ___________ daark |
