The Buzz Set on "High" to Sleep

The fan on my dresser
helps crumble the silence;
allows attention to remain formless
and bridges thought to a beautiful
dead end.
Silence is only calming for the good,
the chaste, the unabashed,
the scoundrel without a conscience,
the Abe Lincoln’s and Charles Manson’s.
My kind
goes mad in such tranquility.
My kind need white noise;
need unremitting distraction,
or be forced to listen to ourselves.

Oh my.... i have a fan on every night. I know exactly what you are saying! The mind just runs amuck without it. Interesting write!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
