Remembrance Day On this Memorial Day I bring Bouquets to those I've known Who have gone on to their rewards With angels 'round His throne. My mama and my daddy, My brothers numbering five, I loved them all so dearly When they were still alive. My husband and my precious son, My small granddaughter too. If I must strip my garden bare, It's little enough to do. I'll wear a bright red poppy for Some other mother's son And sit with all my memories when Remembrance Day is done. By: Joyce 5/24/08 |

What a lovely tribute to them all! I am so sorry that you have lost so many loved ones. The good things is that you had so many loved ones in the first place . . . but to lose a child . . . that must have been the hardest of all. I am so sorry for your loss, but applaud your brave attitude. - Owl |
