Sometimes friends are born of this: ruffles in the skirt and fists and wounded cries of "I hate her" scuffles in the dirt and this: she swings higher than I could sometimes friends are born of wits battling the shadow's way... as if either would relent sometimes friends are born like twins wishing one's another's way battling a one-eyed twitch: scuffles in the dirt and this...... sometimes friends are born like - this. |
