and when the corchi sways
my mind drinks of butterfly wine
sipping from the morning river
knowing her finger endings
as if they were cherokee pleasure

she moves her music as velvet
shimmering seduction there
at the seams of her eden
lady skin whispering
as she touches another's beginning

and the night sky is of her drums
my eyes have seen the hare
and the silver ring of heaven
the bosom of a summer sun
trembles from distant storms

when the corchi sways her hunger

No I don't dknow what a Corchi is but she is definitly up to something.  Your illusive use of language always captivates me.
Like:"my eyes have seen the hare
and the silver ring of heaven
the bosom of a summer sun
trembles from distant storms"  the silver ring of heaven, bosom of a summer strong, you write like no other.

While reading, with each poetically awesome line my smile expands more and more. You are the constant quality gift here and a pleasure to read ... and this mystery of corchi is intriguing.

Love,
Margherita

Your poetry is a melting pot of words, DS.  You're just too hot, doll.   But we knew that already!  *yank, yank*

When I went to research Corchi, all I got was this poem.

However, the sound of it reminds me of the conch shell; a resounding shell, used for many things after the food of it is gone...

but with the depth of your poem, bringing the two realms together, it all makes for some deeply beautiful music!

of course, I said all of this before I read the remarks...
