If I told you what I was really thinking would you listen to what I had to say? because it's fear that keeps me from voicing these thoughts I have of you everyday Thoughts of ways to make you smile take me over whenever you're near sometimes you think I'm listening to you when the sound of your voice is all I really hear When I'm caught looking your way it's your beauty that I'm spying to see If you only knew how many times I've imagined that you were sharing your beauty with me I've imagined the feel of your skin creamy coolness beneath my hesitant touch I've tantalized my brain a million times with that first kiss that would say so much Dreamt of the way your hands would feel Our fingers connecting interlocking as one Fantasized about you in bedroom darkness and bathed in the rays of a morning sun I want to see you at your most vulnerable and travel the secret path to your heart but to you I'm only a friendly stranger leaving me lost in you and unsure where to start A million feelings caught in the rush of a secret love hidden inside my crush |
