Of Eventide... |

I gaze through an open door upon a distant past, and see you there, alone, ensconced in shadows cast, by depths and breadths of what once was, of memories forgotten, yet through time's haze, shines clarity of grace by love begotten. In the dim of vespertine lays down a dying day I stand alone mid multitudes of stars in heaven's sway welkin mysteries now espied as to the night I glide, entering through opened door, I touch on eventide. Smiling at this lovely, Sir. I had to peer through raindrops just to find the dusk. |
