As my voice ehco's my spiritual self I try to communicate but whenever I try my self-esteem disintegrates. Power of the youth is on my side but if that was the case then why do I lie and cry and rely on others people's emotional ride to carry me, or to leave me out to dry? Anger is the only thing keeping me strong fury is what fuels my biological gas tank those two things is what's keeping me living for so long otherwise I would have died without any thanks. So you see, anger is not all a bad thing, but it can be used as a motivation to change things in your life that might sting and destroy any opposition. |

Angel, Anger is kind of neutral. It can be good, and it can be bad. The main thing to remember is that it must be controlled and regulated. Also remember, not to show your anger with people that are bigger, meaner, and uglier than you are. That’s a waste of time. Bobby |

There is a saying in the Bible that we should be angry but sin not. I suppose that means not being angry to the point of destructiveness, and to let go at some point, for that same text also advises---do not let the sun set on your wrath. This has worked rather well for me. Art |

I think a little righteous anger can be a good thing sometimes. Otherwise, some of the bad things in this world would never change. Sometimes it takes someone getting angry to change things for the better. Always within reason, of course. Ida |
