To experience a morning in God's love, it seemed logical to walk the path myriads have trod in search of this elusive dawn. And so I went, and oh, surprise! The path was wide and crowded, full of curiosity seekers, shoppers and traders shopping malls and McDonalds and Coca Cola venders fortune tellers, card readers and analysts, and Pay phones, compliment of AT&T, everyone’s version of heaven vying for space… Confusion and confinement reigned; curses and cries filled the air while fights broke out between those who believed this, not that: a colourless world, empty of love assailed me and deep within my heart something said: "There are greater things beyond this perception, beyond the common path of the crowds." but I was afraid of adventure on unfamiliar roads until a shaft of bright light shot through rainy clouds and briefly, a luminous rainbow arched gracefully over dappled fields. In the rainbow's unmarked path I saw life as never before seen; a bold, bright and clean path stretched from view flanked by green meadows and glittering streams... God's love is a rare commodity on the plodded pathways of this world. You will likely not see it dawn outwardly, but shining from your heaven within, you will see it burst forth from the heart. "a bold, bright and clean path stretched from view flanked by green meadows and glittering streams" For me, that is the only logical place to discover whatever is beyond the domain of 'human' never on the beaten paths of organized God-speak. |

So well written. "You will likely not see it dawn outwardly, but shining from your heaven within, you will see it burst forth from the heart." Your own heart speaks with depth. Thanks for sharing sharyn |

Nice writing...yes it was the love in the heart of Jesus that was shared outwardly and fueled him inwardly to endure the suffering of the cross while possessing a heart of love and compassion...James |
