All Time Lover

"Why were we so
generously blessed?
Why did I love her
exceedingly more
than the rest?"

For my heart
a glorious occasion.
Seeds of love finally
coming to fruition.

My eyes knew
they couldn't
turn away.
Her voice
so soothing
luring me
to stay.

And if I could
I would stay
forever.

If only
I could.
