Forever In Your Heart

There is a connection,
one that will never be,
severed,

It remains, above all,
through all, it is,
still there,

I find it, reading,
your words, places,
that I am not looking.

Pictures, songs,
movies, nature,
reveals you,

Even the stars,
the night sky,
the moon,

The sun of day,
warmth, light,
glow,

Someones accent,
while shopping
at Christmas,

miles, time,
lots of things,
may come in between,

our connection,
will always be,
there,

solid, firm,
everlasting,
never changing,

you will forever be,
a part of me,
and nothing,

Nothing, can,
nor ever will,
change that,

not even ourselves...
