Nevermore So To Speak I suppose that you could say that it took him two years to come to the decision that she wasn't the women that he had envisioned. He mentioned the pain and her varicose veins that increased in size right before his eyes the closer he progressed onto the very end. And now he was aware that he no longer cared and could no longer pretend to be her boyfriend. Perhaps everything to do with her critical attitude and nicely finished off when she took upon herself a new boyfriend, even then mentioning she still possesed desires to be his friend. I myself heard the words right from his mouth... "I don't need a woman like that to be my friend." And then I questioned his resolve in this way, "What if she returned within a short time saying that she made a mistake because love was blind, and she wanted to be in his arms again?" With no hesitation he replied with an acceptable reply, "No way Jose, not even on a bad day, I don't want her anymore, I've closed and locked that door, and upon said door posted a sign that says "NEVERMORE." well, sounds like he's got his mind made up there it's really no good holding onto the past but some people just don't take heed to that |

Thanks for the nice response passing shadows...when you can come to the place where you can admit your mistakes, it gives you power, and the ability to break free from situations such as bad relationships...James |

Thank you Roniece and Honeybunch for the nice responses...I visited my sons and a sister and some friends in California in December and I wrote this after talking to one of my friends...its a situation he's been going through for the past two years...being with a woman that criticized him and didn't appreciate him, and now he's ready to move on, and I'm in agreement with his decision...my honeys coming to visit me in January...James |

Thanks Roniece...I couldn't bear it myself...she is the sweetest women in the world, she doesn't criticize me, she accepts me and appreciates me, she is so pleasing to me when we are together that I think she is an angel...James |
