Take a bit out and what have you got? Half of a life instead of a whole and that’s how it goes time, time, again when love is a slice discarded once, twice. Making it through is a goal to the end and all must finish what’s left in its place but I’m doing it, see, with fuss in the gut that hurries and scurries like frustrated rats in/out every corner and crevice and crack. It passes sometimes into silent avowals meant to move mountains of innate desire into the sea of what’s not meant to be and there to stay buried for all of my life. Oh, lo and behold, so low is the tide I see how the mountain struggles to hide but will of the mind, the master and king brings in the means of covering up. Peek-a-boo! It’s here and then it is gone desire just a dream for those who believe there once was a time love made a whole and left it inside for the scurrying rats frustrated it seems deep down in the gut! A poetic gem, yet ever so sad, dear Helen! We do have the power to make our life whole again and again ... there is the divine Source always available to help us mend our hearts without leaving any scars. (I know it is not easy!) Sending you much love, my friend. Margherita |
