Through the branches and trees they go
Hidden by cloaks of black with hoods
Pitch black outside; midnight has struck
Time for poets to come out and play
'Ere the break of day

Running in fog
To a hidden cave
Chanting aloud for living's sake

Music playing in their cave
Swimming in their own direction
Not taking crud from anyone
Going by their own instruction
Author's Note: This is a poem about the exceptionally good movie Dead Poets Society- and no, it is not about dead people!

A very nice piece. Thank you for it and Welcome to Pip.

I know the movie very well. It is an excellent movie.
