the black's men were at the oar
like ho'ers of a gypsy oceans
shoveling their emerald snow

since the autumn has been emptied
of the piper's bulging weep
down the dawns of soulful yarns

lest the cities cancer her smiles
with concrete teeth and tongues
devouring with gutless hunger

and panting through their gills
out of water except their tears
like snow fires roasting rosaries

and the black watch is hollow now

__________

daark

scribblenote..to do with some brothers of the watch
and bag pipes and somebody's mountains

This is quite an intricate story ... it's not within my grasp, but your poetic rage impresses me nonetheless!

Love,

Even your replies
can be poetic in tone...

I'm sorry for your loss...
I hope this friend
is in a better place...

may he live on
in your memories, m'friend.

This is haunting.  I read it and read it -- and I keep coming back.

It's a keeper, my friend.
